In the Wings

Sometimes it is easy to lose sight of projects you want to knit when you are chin deep in projects you are working on.  Here are a few of the things that I want to get on my needles by the end of 2006.

Alpaca hat - seen in the Boston Globe.
I have the yarn for this, but need to make
up a pattern.
 Lace Blouse from Teva Durham's
Loop D Loop book.  I have the book,
but not the yarn. (I will be substituting.)

Leaf cardi torn from the pages of Lucky Magazine - another project that I would like to tackle.  Of course, I have NEITHER a pattern or yarn for this.  I think I can safely get this project under $360 + tax, even if I splurge a little on the yarn.

Looks like I am in a romantic, lace-y, textury mood right now.  We'll see if this stands up to a Boston winter.

I like the changes you've made to your blog. It looks great. You have quite the variety of projects, many of which seem to require you to design them. Good luck to you! That alpaca hat is mighty cute!
